About WSSAR
Wolverine State Search and Recovery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides search and rescue services to law enforcement agencies in locating missing persons. We are an all-volunteer group of experienced K-9 teams, specializing in scent-specific trailing and Human Remains Detection (HRD). Each K-9 team is required to be certified through external agencies.
Based in Southeast Michigan, WSSAR is available to respond to SAR requests throughout the Midwest.
